Returns
Customizable products are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. Customers must provide video evidence (e.g., unboxing video) to validate claims. Non-customizable products are eligible for return within 24 hours of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
Returns are not accepted for:
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • Minor variations in product color, texture, or appearance that occur due to the nature of photography, lighting conditions, or device display settings. These variations are inherent to digital platforms and the handcrafted nature of our products.
Craftsbuy reserves the right to evaluate return requests on a case-by-case basis in such scenarios.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for verified cases, such as:
  • Delivery of incorrect or damaged products.
  • Non-delivery of the product (excluding customer-related delivery issues).
Refunds are processed within thirty business days after verification. The amount will be credited to the payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Returns not supported with required evidence (e.g., unboxing video).
  • Claims arising from minor variations in product color or appearance due to image compression, lighting, or editing for web presentation.
Replacements
Replacements are not available for any products listed on the website.
